Health Guarantee

All puppies come with a one-year health guarantee that covers heart defects (scale 4 or above), organ dysfunction, genetic defects, life-threatening defects, canine distemper, and canine coronavirus. 

To make a claim, you must provide initial vet exams and permission for us to speak with your vet. In the case of an untreatable life-threatening defect or death caused by heart, organ, or genetic defect, please send us a cause of death and a picture of the deceased puppy. Symptoms of canine distemper and canine coronavirus must be reported to us by your vet within the first 15 days of receiving your puppy to be eligible for the health guarantee.

We do not cover treatable or common disorders such as luxating patella, alopecia x, hernias, open fontanel, parasites, or blood sugar. Please ensure that you feed your puppy properly to prevent hypoglycemia/low blood sugar.

Although we treat all puppies for parasites, they are not covered in our guarantee as they are common and easily treatable. While we will happily replace your puppy under reasonable circumstances, we are not responsible for any vet bills.
